Matt Sweeney is a Capital Markets Associate at SAB Capital. He is responsible for leading deal origination and relationship management with hotelier sponsors and capital partners.
Prior to joining SAB, Matt successfully attained degrees in Finance and Legal Studies at the University of Miami. His decision to pursue a career in commercial real estate was driven by his entrepreneurial vision and strong financial acumen. Matt focuses on hotel capital markets transactions throughout the United States.
When he’s not at work, Matt enjoys fishing and boating along the Jersey Shore, cherishing moments with his family and friends, and passionately backing the Miami Hurricanes football and basketball teams.
Matt is a proud alumnus of Seton Hall Prep in West Orange, NJ.
