Matthew Coyle is an Investment Sales Associate. He specializes in affordable housing investment sales, including Project-Based Section 8, Section 42, USDA Rural Development, and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) properties.
Matthew graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Financial Analysis. He prides himself in his work and is dedicated to continually learning more about the affordable housing market and industry. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, traveling, and fishing. He also cherishes spending quality time with family and friends.
