Lucas LaTrenta is an Investment Sales Associate with SAB Capital’s Affordable Housing Advisory Group, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of Section 8, Section 42, and USDA 515/538 Rural Development properties, with a primary focus on the Midwest region.
Lucas holds a B.S. in Economics from Villanova University, where he was a member of the baseball team. Before joining SAB Capital, he worked with CBRE’s Debt Advisory Group, arranging property-level financing across all asset classes for institutional investors and real estate owners. His background in structured finance and capital markets enables him to navigate the complex financial and compliance considerations inherent in affordable housing investments.
Since joining SAB, Lucas has underwritten more than $500 million in affordable housing assets. He is committed to delivering strategic solutions that maximize value for clients while ensuring the long-term viability of affordable housing communities.
Outside of work, Lucas enjoys golfing with friends and family.
