Leon Shubayev is a Financial Analyst at SAB Capital. In his role, Leon provides financial and analytical support services to Associates, Senior Associates, and Vice Presidents through data input, underwriting property values, and analyzing comparable properties through market and sales trends.
Leon graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a double-major in Finance and Real Estate, while being an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Workshop. In his free time he enjoys Formula 1 along with all Motorsports, the Indiana Hoosiers, and Boxing/UFC events.
