Dave Gollenberg is a Senior Investment Sales Associate with SAB Capital, a leading national brokerage platform focused on the disposition and acquisition of net lease, industrial, and affordable housing properties across the United States. Dave works closely with center-based businesses, single-tenant developers, and independent sponsors to raise growth capital through sale-leasebacks, reverse build-to-suits, forward commitments, and investment sale strategies.
Since joining SAB Capital, Dave has been directly involved in the execution of more than $150 million in sale-leaseback and investment sale transactions across the retail, industrial, and medical office sectors.
Prior to joining SAB Capital, Dave held internship roles in investment sales at Keen-Summit Capital Partners LLC and CPEX Real Estate. He graduated cum laude from Rollins College with a degree in Business Management.
Dave lives in New York City. Outside of the office, he enjoys training in Muay Thai, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and escaping to Cape Cod whenever possible.
