Gabriella Schwalbe is an Investment Sales Associate at SAB Capital. She joined the team in 2024, and prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate Industry, Gabriella worked at the Department of Buildings as an Agency Attorney.
During her time spent at the DOB, she represented the City of New York at OATH Administrative Law Court and is well-versed in New York City’s construction/zoning laws and regulations. Gabriella is able to utilize her experience and knowledge to provide expert advisory services in the sale of mixed-use and multifamily buildings in New York City.
Gabriella holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in History Art History from Rutgers University.
