Asher Wenig is the Director of Investment Sales at SAB Capital. With over 16 years of professional experience, he specializes in the acquisition and disposition
of net lease assets for his clients and has sold more than $2.95 Billion of investment properties nationwide.
Before joining SAB Capital, Wenig was with Northmarq which acquired Stan Johnson Company in 2020 where he was a Senior Vice President and Partner. Prior, Wenig was with Avison Young, where he was a Senior Director and leader of their net lease investment sales platform. Wenig earned his degree in Financial Management from Indiana University-Bloomington, with minors in Economics and Accounting.
Wenig is an avid Chicago sports fan who also loves film, skiing, golfing, and spending time with his wife (Jen), two children (Poppy & Meyer) and Bernedoodle (Nala).
