Job Description:

As an Experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent at SAB, you will be part of a team that is redefining the commercial real estate industry. Leveraging your extensive experience and market knowledge, you will work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide them with tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on their commercial real estate objectives.

Market Expertise: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to deliver the best advice to clients.

Property Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and present commercial properties that align with client requirements, conducting property tours and due diligence.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations of lease and purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients.

Transaction Management: Oversee the end-to-end transaction process, from property selection to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.

Market Analysis: Prepare market reports and financial analyses to support clients in making informed decisions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a successful commercial real estate agent.

Real Estate License or Broker’s License.

In-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.

Detail-oriented and capable of analyzing complex real estate data.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus.
