Tyrell D. McGee is a senior investment sales associate focusing on structuring sale-leaseback and build-to-suit financing. Tyrell has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in research and analytics as well as real estate transaction advisory services for private equity sponsors, owner-occupiers, and investment banks. During his tenure at Newmark, Tyrell served as the lead senior financial analyst for the newly formed Corporate Capital Markets group, playing a pivotal role in the underwriting, marketing and closing of transactions totaling over $4.0 billion. His deep industry knowledge and analytical acumen have significantly contributed to successful deal executions and strategic investment decisions.
Prior to Newmark, Tyrell was a financial analyst at CBRE within its Corporate Capital Markets group, where he assisted in underwriting and marketing efforts for Fortune 500 companies.
