Andrew is an associate on the Sale Leaseback desk at SAB Capital.
He studied Real Estate Finance at New York University, which helped him gain a strong understanding of the financial intricacies of Real Estate. During his schooling, he learned financial modeling, real estate valuation, and how to interpret real estate market trends at large. Although his expertise lies mostly in finance, he is well-versed in the real estate development process and ESG as it relates to real estate.
Andrew is an experienced communicator and leader. At NYU, he was President of the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity, one of the city’s most prominent fraternities. Additionally, At 18 years old, Andrew started a small construction company on Long Island, where he learned how to communicate with clients and manage a team. He attributes his work ethic and communication skills to his experience as a business owner.
Andrew is also proficient in Mandarin Chinese and enjoys learning more about the language and improving his skills in his free time. When he’s not in the office, you can find him on the golf course, fishing at the beach, or spending time with friends.
