Dave graduated cum laude from Rollins College with a degree in Business Management. Before SAB Capital, Dave worked in investment sales for Keen-Summit Capital Partners LLC and CPEX Real Estate. Dave values building and maintaining strong relationships and works with various retail developers, family offices, and private investors within the net lease sector. He enjoys the entrepreneurial nature of the business and measures his success on the value he provides to his clients.
Dave believes in waking up early, working out, meditating, drinking coffee, and creating to-do lists to have a productive day. When not in the office, he can be found at the gym, cooking in his kitchen, or spending time with family and friends. When he can, Dave visits his favorite vacation spot in Massachusetts Cape Cod.
