Dan Corcoran is a founding member and a Managing Partner of SAB Capital. Over the past fifteen years, Dan has been involved in more than 400 transactions with an excess of $2.5 Billion dollars. Alongside his partners, Dan is responsible for leading SAB in its vision and is involved in all macro-level firm functions.
Dan graduated from the Alfred Learn College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. Prior to co-founding SAB, Dan served as a Vice President of Investments at a national commercial real estate brokerage company. Dan’s real estate expertise is in multi-tenant and single-tenant retail, industrial, and medical assets across the US.
Dan is an avid investor and has co-founded several companies, including SAB Capital, which he has built alongside Preet Sabharwal, Michael Soleimani, and Zach Weiss.
Outside his professional pursuits, Dan is passionate about health and wellness, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Mallorie, and their four young children, Jace, Jewel, Jax, and Jett.
