Luca Cobucci is the Sales Manager at SAB Capital. He contributes to overseeing the management of the office and is responsible for the day-to-day sales operations and expansion of the company. Luca has transacted over $400 million of sales and debt throughout his career, focusing mainly on office, mixed-use, multi-family, and land deals.
Before joining SAB, Luca worked at an international commercial real estate brokerage firm and an international ship brokerage, where he traveled all over the world from Vancouver to Singapore and many places in between.
A graduate of Wesleyan University, Luca holds a double major in Psychology and Italian Studies. Luca was a part of the baseball and football teams during his time at Wesleyan and credits sports as the driving contributor to teaching discipline, camaraderie, and hard work.
Luca is a big believer in teamwork and “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.” Luca is passionate about helping agents reach their full potential and hit their professional milestones to create the life they dreamed for themselves and their families.
